Air Lift's 1000 Series Rear Air Spring kit is the easy, inexpensive solution to vehicle "bottom out" events, sway and body roll and rough rides that are often the result of inadequate or uneven rear suspension. Consisting of two durable, easy to install and use pressurized cylinders, this kit provides up to 1,000 pounds of load leveling power on each rear wheel, ensuing a safe, smooth and level ride when you need it.

Air Lift 1000 Series Air Springs are pressurized air cylinders designed to provide up to 1,000 pounds of additional leveling capacity to heavily loaded vehicles. Designed to work in tandem, the two air springs included in Air Lift's 000 Series Rear Air Spring kit share the duty of supporting your vehicle's rear suspension. Installed within your vehicle's standard coil springs when deflated and malleable, these cylinders can be inflated to up to 50-psi (minimum of 5-psi to avoid chafing and coil pinch) via a series of included air line tubing located by the user at the most convenient spot along the vehicle chassis. Air lines may also be arranged in a dual routing configuration, allowing the the two air springs to be inflated to different pressures if necessary, at different spots selected along the car's chassis. Inflation can be done with any air compression tool capable of delivering the pressure, ranging from a dedicated onboard air compression system, to portable air compression tools built into jump-start tools or even a hand pump. The cylinders are constructed of rugged, durable materials and feature high burst strength.

Whether you are experiencing "bottoming out" during which your vehicle nearly scrapes the road and headlight aim is askew, vehicle swaying and rolling due to uneven suspension or a rough ride, the simple answer to the problem could be rear-end suspension adjustment. ReadyLift introduces a new SST lift kit system for the 2007-2010 1500-series Silverado/Sierra 6-lug 4 wheel drive trucks. The 4.0 inch SST lift kit is the result of over six months of extensive product development followed by rigorous on and off road testing. ReadyLift's goal is to provide a true 4.0 inch lift kit that is completely bolt-on; no drilling, cutting or welding required. This system significantly increases ground clearance while allowing for tire sizes up to 33 inch tire on an aftermarket wheel. The most common tire size for this application is 33x12.50 (max). In order to install a 33x12.50 (305/55/20) with aftermarket wheels, some minor trimming of the inner fenderwell may be required. 22x9.5 with 5.5 inch backspacing requires no fender modifications. 17x9 +0 offset on a 285/70R17 will fit with no rubbing. With a 295/70r17 minor trimming/modification required. This kit is designed for use with aftermarket wheels. The ReadyLift 4.0 inch SST lift kit will raise the 2007-2010 Silverado/Sierra 1500 4WD trucks 4.0 inch in front thanks to tough trail-proven 4.0 inch powder coated steel strut extensions that bolt directly to the top of the factory strut. Unlike some kits which require you to cut off the strut studs or break the top hat seal which are irreversible modifications. The rugged strut extensions require no modifications to be made to the strut in order to install the extension. This new heavy-duty control arm features OEM-style ball joints pre-pressed into a strong crown that retains OEM geometry throughout the suspension cycle and doesn't require any modifications to the spindle, that means no drilling or machining to make the ball joints fit the spindle. The new control arms include 90-degree grease fittings to ensure the life of the new polyurethane bushings. Our new trail-tested control arms will provided additional clearance and correct geometry to allow for increased suspension travel.
